Good to know before you book
- Free parking at your door, with room for a boat or work trailer in the back lot.

Cancellation
Cancel by 4pm on your arrival day and you pay nothing. After that, the first night is charged. (A made-up policy for this example; a client's site quotes the owner's own policy.)
