Digital product delivery

You receive the CyberDad Shield Kit (a 51-page PDF plus the 1-page 3 Fast Wins PDF) as two download links by email.

What you receive: the CyberDad Shield Kit is delivered digitally as two PDFs: the full kit (51 pages: 7 Quick-Action Modules, a 30-Day Action Plan, sources appendix and glossary) and a separate 1-page 3 Fast Wins quick-start sheet. The guarantee covers the purchase as a whole.
The CyberDad Shield Kit comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it isn’t right for your family, for any reason, you may request a full refund of what you paid, within 30 days of your purchase date.
To request a refund, email ruel@getcyberdadkit.com with the email address used at checkout and your name as it appears on the order. A reason is welcome but not required.
Refunds are made to your original payment method; once a refund is issued, it may take some time for your bank to show it.
The guarantee is limited to one refund per customer per product. Requests made more than 30 days after purchase are reviewed case by case.
Because the product is a digital download, once you’ve been refunded please delete your copy and do not share it.
Problems with a file (it won’t download or open, or seems incomplete) are fixed free of charge: email ruel@getcyberdadkit.com and we’ll repair the problem or send a fresh copy.
