How ordering works

Three steps, all by email

  1. Send your current site. Use the order form to send your website address and what you want changed. Nothing is charged now.
  2. Approve a written scope and price. We email you exactly what's included and the timeline. Once you approve, you pay by secure card link (Custom: half by Stripe invoice to start).
  3. Review your preview, then launch. The preview comes about 6 business days (Refresh) or 7 (Refresh Plus) after we have your content, and launch about 3 business days after you approve it.

Common questions

Why no calls?

We work entirely by email so everything is in writing and you can reply when it suits you. Most small-business sites can be scoped from a short questionnaire.

Do I keep my domain and email?

Yes. Your domain stays registered in your name. When we launch, we change only the website records and leave your email settings alone.

Who owns the finished site?

Your content is yours. Once the rebuild is paid in full, you can take the site files with you if you move to another provider.

How do I pay?

By card through a secure payment link we email you after you approve the written scope. We never ask for card details by email.
